Facebook has come under fire over privacy concerns a few times already this year and was fined $5 billion for mishandling data in Cambridge Analytica scandal. This time more than 419 million phone numbers and individual IDs of Facebook users were found in a public database without password protection. Some records included also username, gender and country - 133 mln from the US, 18 mln from the UK, more than 50 mln from Vietnam. As of now the data set is pulled offline.
